These terms and conditions establish the contractual agreement for all purchases and transactions made through Reverse Cam.

By creating an account and placing an order on our website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, which are subject to change at any time without prior written notice. We advise you to review these terms carefully each time you place an order with us.

  1. Definitions
    • “ReverseCam” refers to Reverse Cam (Operated By Hello Trading Pty Ltd).
    • “Agreement” refers to the terms and conditions on this webpage.

    • “Customer” refers to any person, company, or entity seeking goods or services from Reverse Cam
    • “Goods” are the items supplied by Reverse Cam.

    • “GST” is Goods and Services Tax as defined in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.

  2. Registering an Account
    • Account registration is required to place orders or access certain website areas. By registering, you confirm you are over eighteen (18) years and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
  3. Our Agreement
    • Any Customer alterations to these terms are void unless written consent is provided by Reverse Cam.
    • Reverse Cam quotations are invitations to treat and are valid for 30 days unless withdrawn in writing.
    • All quotations exclude GST and other taxes unless stated otherwise.
  4. Payment
    • Orders are not binding until accepted by Reverse Cam. Full payment must be received and cleared prior to acceptance.
  5. Customer Acknowledgement
    • The Customer is responsible for ensuring that Goods and Services are suitable for their intended use.
    • Descriptions and images in quotations or catalogs are for identification purposes only.
  6. Passing of Goods
    • Ownership of Goods remains with Reverse Cam until full payment is received.
    • Reverse Cam reserves the right to repossess Goods if payment is outstanding.
  7. Order Management and Stock Availability

    In the event that an item is out of stock after an order has been placed, Reverse Cam commits to the following course of action:

    • Backorder: We will place the item on backorder, ensuring that it is prioritized for dispatch as soon as it becomes available again. Customers will be informed of the estimated restock date and subsequent delivery timefram. 
    • Immediate Refund: If a backorder is not feasible or the customer prefers not to wait for the restocked item, Reverse Cam will offer an immediate full refund. This refund will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified by the customer.
  8. Delivery Policy
    • Estimated delivery dates are indicative only.
    • Reverse Cam is not liable for delivery delays.
    • Additional charges may apply for non-standard delivery requests.
  9. Returns Policy
    • Goods must be reported as non-compliant within seven (7) days of delivery or pickup.
    • Returns accepted by Reverse Cam may incur restocking and return fees.
  10. Risk and Insurance
    • The Customer assumes all risks and liability once Goods are dispatched from Reverse Cam premises.
  11. Modification or Cancellation of Orders
    • Changes to orders are subject to Reverse Cam’s written consent and may incur fees.
  12. Pricing and Typographical Errors
    • Reverse Cam reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing due to typographical errors.
  13. Financing
    • Reverse Cam reserves the right to terminate accounts if provided information is false or misleading.
  14. Limitation of Liability
    • Reverse Cam’s liability for breaches of non-excludable guarantees is limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the Goods.
  15. Warranty
    • Warranty terms include conditions on unauthorized repairs and maintenance according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  16. Jurisdiction
    • These Terms are governed by New South Wales law and the Australian legal system.
  17. Severability
    • Each provision of these Terms is severable and does not affect other provisions.
  18. Miscellaneous
    • Failure to enforce these terms does not waive Reverse Cam’s rights.
    • Notices must be delivered in writing to the party’s registered office.
