Customer Satisfaction Guarantee At Reverse Cam, our commitment to customer satisfaction is unwavering. We offer a comprehensive return policy that aligns with Australian Consumer Law, ensuring that your shopping experience is both secure and enjoyable.
The brand of the product is responsible for repair, replace or refund faulty or damaged products in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions and your rights under the Australian consumer law.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees provided for by statute including under the Australian consumer law.
All refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed, refunds are strictly limited to those available under clauses implied by statute.
The customer must comply with directions from staff to facilitate a return.
Change of Mind We understand that you may change your mind. If this happens, you can return the product to us in its original condition. Please note:return shipping costs may not be covered by us.
Special Conditions for Returns:
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee will not be applied for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. However, for returns due to change of mind, a restocking fee may be charged to cover the logistical costs. This fee will be clearly communicated at the time of the return request.
Unreasonable Return Requests: We reserve the right to refuse returns that we deem unreasonable. This includes repeated returns or items returned without a valid reason.
Supplier Restocking Fee: In instances where our suppliers impose a restocking fee, we may need to pass this cost to the customer. We will strive to minimize these occurrences through careful product selection and quality control.
Products returned under the returns policy must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause limits or restricts your ability to make a claim that may be available to you for failure to comply with a guarantee under the Australian consumer law. If you are returning a product due to a fault or defect under a guarantee under the Australian consumer law, you may be able to return the product without its original packaging.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. We take no responsibility for products lost in transit.
